Seasoned real estate agent who is first and foremost concerned about the outcome for the customer. I treat my customer’s purchase as if it were my own money. I’ve lived in Cape Coral for 24 years and have the experience, knowledge and information to help someone make a decision about which area of the 120 sq. mile city is right for them. I’ve boated and fished most of the saltwater canals (the city has over 400 miles of canal, both saltwater and freshwater). I have worked with the city and builders on many occasions to determine if my customers needs can be satisfied with the choice concerning the home they are purchasing or intending to build.
