Licensed for over 25 and nearly 15 years as a Real Estate Broker, I am delighted to assist my clients in perhaps the most important purchase of their lives. My express ambition is to educate the buyer or seller of their options, the Market place and finally execute their decision to purchase a home or investment.

Knowledge is power therefore decisions become easier with good information. I strive to find out what Buyers and Sellers want so that we keep our eye on the prize, and get my clients what they want. Most of my clients are developed through friendships, volunteer association or social interests and the referral of friends and families. These successful sales have earned Presidential and Master’s Awards at the Bay East Association of Realtors for many years.

I am a graduate of California State University, Sacramento with a degree in Business/Production Management. In the first 15 years of my career, I practiced my discipline in the construction industry as a Project Engineer for two national contractors building High-Rise Multi-use buildings in the San Francisco Bay Area. My construction background compliments my real estate business by providing incite to clients who want to personalize their home, which not all realtors are able to do.

When I married in 1989 and started a family, I wanted to be nearer to my home, where I could juggle the roles of a mother, my career, teacher, coach and chauffer! I raised three intelligent girls, athletes, (soccer, softball, water and snow-skiers) as well as accomplished vocalists, hence the chauffer attribute. They are all now college graduates with Bachelor’s degrees.

I enjoy competition of both the Real Estate market and many social platforms. I feel that the win is the prize and make every effort to assist in making your goals reality. Being an active soccer player, on or off the field, I always aim for FIRST PLACE! I am Friendly, Intelligent, Realistic, Sensitive, and Tenacious .
